These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through bankimun.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, together with the policies linked below.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and be legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Bankimun products are printed to order. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, sizing, and colors accurately.
Actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes, materials, and normal production tolerances. Product images may be illustrative, so you should review the complete product description and size information before ordering.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other amounts payable through the website are shown before you place the order.
Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. A promotion, discount, or coupon may have additional conditions and may be withdrawn or refused where it has expired, is ineligible, has been misused, or was issued in error.
If an obvious pricing or calculation error affects an order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel the affected order. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders may be produced and shipped from Türkiye or the United States, depending on the product.
Where checkout or our Shipping Policy expressly states that an order is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), the stated import duties are included. In other cases, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees imposed by the destination country may be the recipient’s responsibility.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the request but does not require us to accept an order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary, including because of unavailable stock or production capacity, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an invalid delivery address, sanctions or legal restrictions, or an inability to ship to the destination.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Available payment methods may include major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
You authorize the selected provider to process the amount displayed at checkout. We do not store your complete payment card number.
An order is not treated as successfully paid merely because a payment attempt was started. Payment must be confirmed by the applicable provider.
Products are printed to order and may be produced at different locations. An order containing different product types may arrive in separate shipments.
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, address problems, and events outside reasonable control may cause delays.
Risk of loss or damage passes as required by applicable law and will not pass earlier than mandatory consumer law permits.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once a shipment has entered fulfillment or has been handed to a carrier, changing or redirecting the address may not be possible. Where a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, reasonable reshipping costs may apply, except where the failure was caused by us or the carrier.
You may request a change or cancellation by contacting us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once production has begun.
If we successfully cancel an order before production, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section removes any cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Our Return Policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
The Bankimun name, website content, text, layout, and original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, characters, artwork, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any ownership or reproduction rights to you and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, digitize, commercially exploit, or resell protected website or product artwork.
You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with security, misuse payment systems, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may restrict or cancel activity reasonably believed to threaten customers, payment providers, the website, or other parties, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, defective products, or mandatory consumer protections.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
Where a monetary limitation is permitted, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, customs action, strikes, war, public emergencies, government restrictions, infrastructure outages, or failures affecting essential service providers.
This section does not remove any refund, delivery, or consumer right that applicable law makes mandatory.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence or any right to bring a claim in a court that applicable consumer law makes available to you.
Please contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue promptly. This does not restrict your right to use a court, regulator, payment-provider process, or other remedy available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
